Broadway.  As a renter in Seaside, I am concernered about an increase in rental rates and a decrease in avilable affordable housing as Broadway is reshaped.  What are your conserns?  I would encourage everyone to voice there opinions on this so that we may all help in the shaping of the specific plan being developed.
